For tomorrow belongs to those that prepare for it today.
When the sun rises
In the west, sinks in the east.
And the sea swallows
A mouthful of our rich land-
Then will i stop poetry.

Hi, my name is Lazarus Shatipamba and i'm a pensive poet from the lovely, windy city of Windhoek right here in the center of Namibia.
I'm 20 and 2 years young but sometimes i feel old as a fossil just because I've written so many poems in my life.
I love poetry, i'm sure you know that by now.
So i'll proceed to telling you that i also enjoy reading novels, mostly fantasy and Sci-Fi but any book that is capable of taking my attention and holding it is welcome into my reading list.
When not writing or reading poetry, i am found high up at the top of the Auas Mountains in my city. Trying to listen to the silence that lurks beneath all the noise, but mostly just to enjoy some alone time with nature.
I play chess and love to meet new people, so you'll always find me in a circle of close friends trying not to be the worst conversationalist to have laid their feet on this beautiful blue earth.
