Like a dying horse

Consistency is the mother of mastery.

Robin Sharma

Hi. Nice of you to join me today. I’m glad you are still with us on the good side of life.

I penned today’s poem a few days ago, in commemoration of the cold day which sent me freezing, seeking the warmth of my blankets just so I could stop shivering. As always, I hope you enjoy reading it, and that you have an awesome day.

Like a dying horse
This winter is in its last death throws.

It knows its time is about to come to an end
And so, like the last dying kick of a horse
It blows the cold wind extra hard
And makes the nights especially bitter
For it knows its time is about to end
Because anytime soon spring will begin to bloom
To spell its eventual doom.
